EU citizens are entitled to stay in Ireland without any sort of residential permit for up to 3 months, by which time they should apply for residency. This however should be granted without much deliberation unless you are considered a threat to public safety or health.

To dial an international number from within Ireland you must dial the international access code 00 followed by the desired country's code and person's phone number. To dial into Ireland from abroad, you must dial the international access code, followed by the Irish international code, 353 and the person's telephone number.
How do I go about finding healthcare?
EU citizens are entitled to the same health care services as Irish nationals, where depending on your income, you may even be entitled to a medical card which will grant you access to free medical services. Another option would of course be that of private health care, where a multitude of services will undoubtedly cater for all needs. Again, EU/Swiss nationals will benefit from the same treatment as Irish citizens.
What is the climate like in Ireland?
Due to its location, Ireland's winters tend to be showery and at times cold, but the warm Atlantic waters and the Gulf Stream maintain a constant temperature around the island throughout the year. Its summers, although sunny or clear at times, may also witness rainfall; however, the temperatures will be consistently higher than during the winter months.
