Internal Training
In terms of Induction and Training all Fund Accountants will participate in a 3 1/2 week training programme. During this period you will cover areas such as an industry overview, Fund Accounting Training and Systems training. Investment in Training and Development is of extreme importance to Investors trust and is complimented by our Tuition Reimbursement programme for those who wish to further their studies.

Job Duties
- Reviews and verifies accounting activity for one or more Hedge funds
- Assists others in processing more difficult transactions and resolving more difficult discrepancies
- Reconciles cash or securities holding discrepancies
- Generates and/or reviews standard reports either daily/weekly/monthly/annually for clients, and auditors
- Assists in conducting periodic audits
- Trains new fund accountants
- May process any or all of the following accounting transactions: trades, corporate actions, cash, expenses, CAP Stock of any other transaction related to the price of the fund
- Complies with internal and client processes
- Other special projects or tasks as assigned. |
