Are you looking for a job in Ireland? Our client, a global Credit Card company, offers you the great opportunity to join them as a Multilingual Fraud Team Leader.
Role:
· To control the workflow of the Fraud team through managing team activity to ensure that all tasks are completed within agreed service levels.
· The jobholder will maintain full awareness and understanding of processes, identifying issues, take ownership and mange in change and improvements.
· Control of workflow and the development and deployment of staff to ensure that performance targets of the section and centre are achieved
· Carry out Controls and Checks to ensure quality timely action has taken place in order to reduce possible loses to the business.
· Supervises the daily activities of a Fraud team to ensure that targets and objectives are met.
· Responsible for driving set objectives, coaching and developing the team
· Handles escalated Fraud issues
· The roleholder will be responsible for providing output which increases the profitability of the business or minimises losses.
· Coach and develop staff to achieve a multi-skilled team
Requirements:
· Fluent English and one European language
· 12 months previous People management Experience
· Strong knowledge of Fraud operations
· Ability to motivate staff
· Strong communication skills
· Target driven |
