Our Client is looking for an executive Head Chef for one of the top 5* Hotels in Dublin Each plate must be done to the highest standard of quality and therefore applicants should be familiar with HACCAP. This will be a large and busy kitchen, where the Chef will have autonomy to run things the way they need to be done.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent background in all areas of kitchen management, along with a flair for cooking and coming up with imaginative and creative dishes. You will have a solid knowledge of the financial side of things and be capable of setting and sticking to budgets
