| Description |
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Consumer OEM and ISP partners in EMEA. This will entail working with product management, Sales, Support Business Development and Legal organizations to develop support plans for relevant new customers and to, in general, ensure that EMEA Support for OEM/ISP is well represented. It will also entail working with partners and internal reporting teams to ensure availability of regular reports on partner contacts and contact generators.
The ideal candidate must posess excellent communication skills both verbal and written with French, German and English essential, must be a team player, and should have previous experience in working in a support role dealing directly with customers.
